Metropolitan exhibition frames are shipped to all fifty states. We know how important it is that they arrive safely. All our boxes are made of double wall corrugated and custom made to fit each specific customer's order. Many of our customers save the boxes and reuse them to reship their artwork to galleries or customers.
PREPARING FRAMES FOR SHIPPING
Plastic wrap or coadhesive is used for protection on all frames. On joined frames cardboard is banded to the top of the frame package for extra protection. Styrofoam corners or angles are put on the top and bottom of the frame package.
NESTING FRAMES
When possible smaller frames are nested within larger ones to reduce shipping costs.
CUSTOM BOXES
Custom made double wall corrugated boxes are made for each custom frame order. Boxes are then taped and banded for ease in carrying and additional safety.
OVERSIZE BOXES
We ship all size frames from the very small to very large frames. All packaging is custom made to fit the frame/frames to ensure safety and reduce shipping costs.
PALLETS
Larger orders are shipped on pallets for added protection.
